Lance Gilbert is the connector. The guy who remembers your kid's name, asks how the roof project turned out, and shows up at the fair to cheer on the 4-H kid he met last spring. As Business Development for The Harvey Home Team, Lance is the bridge between our clients, our community, and the Colorado market he's about to serve as a licensed agent.
Lance grew up Colorado through and through. He served as a Colorado State FFA Officer from 2012–2013, then took his passion for agriculture to Redlands Community College, where he was part of their competitive livestock judging team. He still shows cows, still knows a good bull when he sees one, and still believes the values that got him here — hard work, honesty, and taking care of your people — are the same ones that build a great real estate career.
Before joining The Harvey Home Team, Lance built his career in the auto and insurance industries — two worlds where trust, timing, and knowing your client's real needs decide who wins repeat business and who doesn't. That background gives him a sharp instinct for what buyers and sellers are actually worried about: the paperwork, the timelines, the "what happens if" scenarios most people are too polite to ask about.
Lance is currently finishing his real estate licensing and will focus on the Northern Colorado market — Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Wellington, and the surrounding communities along the Front Range. In the meantime, he's the person driving new relationships for the team, connecting buyers to the right advisor, and making sure every client feels like they're the only one on our roster.
If Lance isn't at the office, he's outside. He'll fish anything that swims, hunt anything in season, and take a road trip on the smallest excuse. He's a traveler, an outdoorsman, and — ask anyone on the team — the guy most likely to make you laugh before he makes you a client.
